Terms of Service.

1. Services

Tayr Digital provides digital marketing and development services, including search engine optimization, website design & development, web and mobile app development, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, branding & logo design, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, and analytics & CRO.

2. Quotes & engagements

Every engagement begins with a written proposal or statement of work that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. The proposal is the governing document for the project. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

3. Payment terms

• Fixed-scope projects: typically 50% to begin work, 50% on completion, unless the proposal states otherwise.
• Retainers: billed monthly in advance; either party may pause or cancel with 30 days' notice.
• Late payments may pause scheduled work until the balance is settled.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback we reasonably need, within the agreed timelines. Delays in providing these may extend delivery dates. You confirm you own, or have the rights to, all materials you supply to us.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and know-how remain ours.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already public or independently developed.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. Marketing outcomes — rankings, traffic, leads, sales — depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific results. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tayr Digital's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you pay for all work completed and costs committed up to the termination date. Completed, paid-for deliverables remain yours as described in section 5.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Ongoing engagements continue under the terms of their signed proposal.
