Service 10 — Product Design
Interfaces users love.
Research-backed UI/UX design for websites, web apps, and mobile products — from user flows and wireframes to interactive prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready handoff.

Overview
Design that converts, not just decorates
Pretty screens are easy. Screens that guide real people to real outcomes — signups, checkouts, bookings — take research, structure, and relentless testing. That's the discipline we bring to every interface.
What UI/UX design covers
UX design is the architecture of the experience: understanding who your users are and what they're trying to accomplish, mapping their journeys, structuring information so people find things without thinking, and wireframing the flows before a single pixel of visual design exists. We use techniques like stakeholder interviews, analytics audits, competitor teardown, user interviews, card sorting, and journey mapping to make sure the structure is right before it's beautiful.
UI design is the craft layer on top: the visual system of typography, color, spacing, and motion; the interactive prototypes that let you click through the product before a line of code is written; and the design system — a governed library of reusable components, tokens, and patterns — that keeps everything consistent as your product grows. Finally, we validate with usability testing: watching real users attempt real tasks and fixing what confuses them, then hand off to developers in clean, annotated Figma files with a walkthrough so nothing gets lost in translation.
Who it's for — and the Tayr Digital difference
This service is for startups validating an MVP before expensive development, SaaS companies whose onboarding leaks users, e-commerce brands losing sales in checkout, and enterprises modernizing legacy tools their teams hate using. If users are confused, dropping off, or asking support questions your interface should have answered, you have a UX problem — and redesign guesswork won't fix it.
Our difference is that we design inside a full build-and-grow agency. Our designers sit next to the developers who will implement their work, so nothing is designed that can't be built — and nothing is built without design QA. We pair design with analytics and CRO thinking from day one, defining the metrics each screen must move before we draw it. And because we run SEO, PPC, and content in-house, the interfaces we design arrive with real traffic and real feedback loops, not just launch-day applause. Research in, revenue out: that's the brief.

Process
How we work
A research-first process that removes guesswork from design.
- DiscoverStakeholder interviews, analytics and heatmap review, and a competitor UX audit to find what's actually broken.
- DefinePersonas, journey maps, and information architecture — the strategic foundation every screen is built on.
- WireframeLow-fidelity flows and layouts that solve the structure first, validated with quick user feedback.
- DesignHigh-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and the design system — the product comes to life in Figma.
- TestModerated usability testing with real users; we fix the friction the tests reveal before launch.
- Handoff & QAAnnotated developer handoff, walkthrough call, and design QA through build so the shipped product matches the design.
Why Tayr Digital
Designed to move metrics
We don't measure design by applause. We measure it by completion rates, conversions, and support tickets that disappear.
- Research before pixelsEvery design decision traces back to user evidence — not taste, not trends, not the loudest opinion.
- Designers + builders, one teamOur design and development teams work side by side, so designs ship exactly as intended.
- Design systems that scaleComponent libraries and tokens that let your product grow without design debt or inconsistency.
- Validated, not guessedUsability testing on real users before launch — and analytics review after — prove the design works.
FAQ
UI/UX questions, answered
What's the difference between UX and UI design?+
UX (user experience) design is about how a product works: research, user flows, information architecture, and wireframes that make journeys logical and effortless. UI (user interface) design is about how it looks and feels: visual design, typography, color, motion, and the polished screens users actually touch. You need both — a beautiful interface with broken flows still fails, and great UX in an ugly interface still bounces. Our projects cover the full UX-to-UI arc.
Do you actually do user research, or just design screens?+
We do real research before drawing screens. Depending on the project that means stakeholder interviews, analytics and heatmap reviews, competitor UX audits, user interviews or surveys, and card-sorting for information architecture. Research is right-sized to the project — a startup MVP gets lean, fast validation; an enterprise product gets deeper studies — but we never design on assumptions alone.
How does the Figma handoff to developers work?+
You get a clean, organized Figma file: named pages, auto-layout throughout, component variants and design tokens (colors, spacing, type scales), and annotated specs for edge cases and interactions. We hand off with a walkthrough call so developers understand the system, and we stay available during build for design QA. If we're also building the product in-house, handoff is seamless by default.
What are the benefits of a design system?+
A design system is a reusable library of components — buttons, forms, cards, navigation — governed by tokens and rules. It keeps your product visually consistent as it grows, lets designers and developers ship new screens far faster, reduces QA bugs, and makes onboarding new team members painless. For any product past MVP stage, a design system is one of the highest-ROI investments you can make.
Can you redesign our existing app or website?+
Yes — redesigns are common in our work. We start with a UX audit of your current product: heuristic evaluation, analytics review, and user feedback to find exactly what's broken. Then we prioritize fixes by impact, redesign the critical flows, and validate with usability testing before launch. You keep what works and fix what doesn't, without a risky big-bang rewrite.
How do you measure whether the UX actually improved?+
We define success metrics before design starts — conversion rate, task completion rate, time-on-task, bounce or drop-off at key steps, support ticket volume, or NPS. After launch we compare against baseline using analytics and targeted usability tests. Good UX is measurable: fewer abandoned checkouts, faster onboarding completion, and fewer confused users asking support for help.
